At ChocOneill we pride ourselves in our fresh Chocolates.
All our chocolate is tempered by hand, our chocolates each dipped individually, giving the perfect shine and snap expected from handmade chocolates. From our beginnings in Naas, Co. Kildare we have used only the best of ingredients, be it Irish honey from Dunlavin, fresh local seasonal fruits and herbs grown locally, and some of the finest ingredients imported from around the world.
Our weekly small batches have earned us many accolades throughout the years, featuring widely in many Irish food guides, 5* Resorts and many of our corporate clients prefer to keep us as the "quiet secret "
Using fresh ingredients gives us an unparalled taste and texture from the first bite to the last lingering one, with the taste of the chocolate, a clean mouthfeel, and nothing else.
Our fresh Truffles and Pralines will last at least 3 months when kept in an ambient temperature.
